What to include
For account questions, use your account email. For purchases, include the order ID and purchase date. For a wrap issue, include the vehicle model, variant and a description of what happened. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Privacy and payment requests
The same support address receives account-data access, correction or deletion requests and manually reviews refund requests under the published policy. There is no telephone number or automated refund channel listed for this service.
