These terms describe the digital services operated by teslaxwrap under the Tesla × Wrap brand. Contact: support@teslaxwrap.com. Use the service only if you are permitted to do so under applicable law and have authority for any purchase.
What the service provides
The browser editor, 3D preview and PNG export help create digital Tesla Paint Shop wraps. They do not repaint a vehicle, provide physical vinyl material or install a car wrap. We are independent and not affiliated with Tesla, Inc. Vehicle compatibility depends on model, trim, region and software; browser lighting and placement previews do not guarantee an identical vehicle display.
Accounts and acceptable use
Google sign-in is used for saved projects, credits and paid features. You are responsible for protecting your account and using accurate account information. Do not misuse the service, circumvent access controls or payment restrictions, or upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content. We may restrict misuse to protect users and the service.
Your artwork and public submissions
Use artwork you created or have permission to use. You retain rights you lawfully hold in uploaded content and authorize the processing needed to edit, save, generate or display the content you request. Community submissions are reviewed before publication. Other creators’ designs remain subject to their rights and permissions; a download is not a blanket commercial-use license.
AI outputs may contain errors, unsuitable details or material requiring additional rights clearance. Review the output, its panel mapping and your permission to use it before publishing or uploading it to a vehicle. We do not promise uniqueness or automatic ownership clearance for every generated image.
Prices, credits and payment
The editor, preview and PNG export are free. AI generation uses credits when enabled: a wrap generation costs 10 credits. Current one-time USD package prices, total credits and included bonuses are displayed on the pricing page. Package changes apply to new orders; existing orders retain the credits recorded when created. Credits do not expire. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.
Checkout is processed by Waffo with the payment methods actually available for the merchant. Credits are granted only after server verification of a successful payment, matching amount and currency. A checkout return page alone is not proof of settlement. Failed or cancelled payments do not grant credits, and duplicate notifications do not grant a package twice.
Digital delivery and failed generations
Purchased credits are associated with your signed-in account after confirmed payment. Generated images are delivered through the website when the job completes; no physical goods are shipped. Failed generation requests return their reserved credits under the generation process. Interrupted or unresolved jobs can require support review. Successful generations consume the stated credits.
Refunds and cancellations
A completely unused credit package can be submitted for a full-refund review within seven days of purchase. Used packages are not eligible under the ordinary policy. Mandatory consumer rights, unauthorized or duplicate charges and other payment errors are handled separately. Requests are processed manually by support; there is no self-service automatic refund feature. See the Refund Policy for the request process.
Availability, responsibilities and mandatory rights
Feature availability depends on configured providers and vehicle support. We may update or suspend a feature for maintenance, security or misuse. Do not rely on the preview as a substitute for checking a design on your own vehicle. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Contact support to resolve an account, delivery or payment issue.
